I’m all about the purple top/white body combo and the fact that it’s a convertible Turbo S in the first place.

I’m not a ragtop fan (even though I’ve got one), but that looks fantastic!

Irony at it’s finest.

I bought my ragtop before I understood why a coupe is so much better. I don’t dislike the one I’ve got, I just won’t own another one.

With a dealership sticker!

Fair enough, I was wondering why you had a drop top.

I really do love this new generation 911. I hope I can get a job with them someday.

I bought it in 2007 when I had just turned 22. It was the only non-SMG model that I both liked and could sort of afford. It actually worked out great in my early 20's because none of my male friends wanted to be a passenger in it, and all of the girls loved it. Now it’s part of the family. No doubt I will own another E46 M3 and it will be a coupe, but I don’t think I’ll be trading mine for it.

The greenhouse on the 991 convertibles is so much lower and swoopier than all previous 911s, it’s like halfway to a 964 Speedster.

One of my friends is selling a 20,000 mile Speedster on consignment right now. $170,000 of craziness. I love them though but the new one is so allow and so perfect.

Nice colors - wonder what the interior is. Extra badging on the door is obnoxious and needs to go...

I didn’t mind the bashing on the side. My favorite things though are the wheels(knockoffs!!!) and the purple top though. Doesn’t seem like a common combo.

Ha, I got mine when I was 24. Tired to get one when I was 23, but I couldn’t get finacnced. I’ve got a story about it that’s gonna be published on the 23rd.

Haha that’s the way to do it though, no better time to own a cool car than when you’re young.

Yeah, very uncommon. Love it when owners make a car their own. Centerlocks are great to look at, but I don’t think I’d want to own a car with them

Those are factory wheels on the Turbo S

I agree. I swear every other M car driver i see is like my dads age.

STi drivers are the best. Maybe it’s just me but I see more 40-50 year old dudes in stock STi’s than I see bro’s in modded ones.

Come to think of it, I have seen a decent amount of older people driving STi’s.

Yeah, as on the GT3. I’ve heard of owners converting to 5 lugs from the centerlocks - sounds they can be a pain.

This guy seems like the type just to go to Porsche and have them deal with it haha.

Yeah, not many Cabs heading to the track on a regular basis...

I don’t know, looks kind of trashy. Maybe it’s the 400 lb American behind the car that’s hurting the appearance.
